The Great Big Walk for Herts is back – and this year it's bigger than ever.

On Saturday 26th September, walkers from across Hertfordshire will come together for a county-wide walking challenge in support of local children and young people.

This year, you'll first choose the charity team you'd like to support, then decide whether to walk alongside them on their organised route or take on one of our suggested routes in your own area, fundraising every step of the way.

Pick Your Charity Team

Choose to walk in support of one of Helping Herts' charity partners or for Helping Herts itself. Every step you take will help raise vital funds for children and young people across Hertfordshire.

Fundraising for our charity partners is eligible for match funding, helping to potentially double the impact of the money you raise.

Choose Your Walk

Once you've chosen your charity, decide how you'd like to take part:

  • Join your charity team and walk their dedicated route alongside fellow supporters,

  • or, walk one of the selected routes with another charity partner and group.
