Helping Herts

Ceres Rural is proud to support Helping Herts – such an impactful organisation, working with a diverse network of local charities to help young people across Hertfordshire thrive. The funding and support provided to the charities helps them tackle critical issues and provide opportunities, both of which are pivotal in giving young people the best possible start.

There are so many fantastic charities looking for support it is difficult to choose which to help. Helping Herts provides support for twelve really worthwhile local charities which have been selected for the benefit they bring to our communities. Supporting Helping Herts therefore provides help in a lot of ways and means that by helping them you are helping many children in different and meaningful ways.

I chose to work with Helping Herts for my charity preloved fashion show as I wanted to give-back to a Herts-based charity. As Helping Herts supports 12 charities across the county, they were the perfect charity to raise funds for.

I chose to donate to Helping Herts because they support a number of charities that help those in need through no fault of their own in my local community. This meant my donation could help a variety of people / charities, particularly some very worthwhile smaller niche charities I hadn’t heard of before, that wouldn’t have got my support if it wasn’t for Helping Herts.

Helping Herts have achieved huge awareness, help and funding for the 12 charities they champion. Thanks to them, young people in Hertfordshire are given the opportunity and hope and I am proud to support them

It is exciting to be part of a group of charities all working to improve and support children and young people across the county. It feels like, by working together, we are making a real impact. The support of Helping Herts is invaluable to helping us to raise money we wouldn’t otherwise be able to.

We’ve been blown away by the amount raised for Playskill which will have such a positive impact on our work to support local children & families. But it’s so much more than the funds raised – being part of the community allows us to share expertise, contacts and raise awareness with the invaluable support of all 12 charities and the knowledgeable Helping Herts team.
