Looking for a fresh way to kick off the new year? Join our New Year – New Challenge and turn your health and fitness goals into meaningful impact for children across Hertfordshire. The best bit - money raised will be able to access the match funding pot, so you have the potential to double your impact. Whether you're taking part solo, with family, friends, or workmates – this is your chance to start the year in the best way and give back locally. Ideally link your challenge to the number 12. Examples:
Physical Challenges: Do 12,000 steps per day, Dance for 12 minutes a day, Walk between 1 and 12 miles a day, Run every day for 12 days, Achieve a 12 mile run in January
Goal-Based: Give up 12 unhealthy habits (e.g. no fizzy drinks, no snoozing alarm), Give up something for 12 days
